Products purchased from Bluelounge.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Please do not return your item without first opening a support ticket.

We are not able to offer returns and exchanges on products purchased through retailers other than bluelounge.com. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our warranty policy. Please open a support ticket at bluelounge.com/help and we will further assist you.
Here are some simple tips to help us handle your return faster
1. Try to include as much detail about the problem as possible in your ticket.
2. Be sure to add your order number, if purchased from bluelounge.com, or include an attachment of your invoice/receipt if purchased elsewhere.
3. Please open just one ticket; opening multiple tickets for the same issue slows down the process.
4. Please specify which product(s) and reason for return/exchange.
For US based customers
Bluelounge will pay for the return shipment and provide a replacement product or fully refund* you the cost of your purchase (product and ground transportation). For US customers, you will receive a pre-paid return-shipping label* via email. If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we can arrange for the label to be mailed to you. You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location. Please do not drop your return off at a drop box. Refunds will be processed once the product arrives at our location. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 days after the credit is applied to post to your account. For defective item returns, once we have confirmation of shipment of the product, your new product will ship.
For customers from other countries
You will need to make your own arrangements to send the product back. Refunds will be processed once the product arrives at our location. Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs on returned products that are not defective.

We want you to love the products you get from us as much as we love making them. If the product you receive is not functioning, damaged or you are simply not completely satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, we will happily offer you a replacement or a full refund*. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Only ground service transportation or its relative value will be refunded. Expedited shipments will be credited at the value of standard shipping. Orders which qualify for free shipping will not receive a refund for shipping cost if other method was chosen.
*StudioDesk: StudioDesk returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. The return will be set up the same way as the delivery, meaning that a trucking company will come pick up the desk and you may have to dedicate a window of time to be available for the pickup.
